	George qualified as an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1996. He spent over 15 years with the audit and assurance of a major international firm in Hong Kong and developed considerable experience in audit and ssurance, IPO projects, business consultancy and tax planning.

	Mr. Yu was an Audit Manager with a major international firm in Hong Kong and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting with particular focus on audit and assurance, IPO projects, B shares audit in China, financial due diligence reviews for clients who are interested to invest in China businesses and assisted in investigation assignments. Mr. Yu also services several subsidiaries of overseas listed companies such as Arko Holdings plc. Now, his responsibilities include advisory services work on all aspects of corporate finance activities.

	Tsang Chi Hon, Calvin Audit Principal - China CPA, BA (Hons) Accounting calvin@leeandyu.com.hk
	Calvin is the member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He worked with a major international CPA firm in Hong Kong and has more than 8 years of audit experience in public accounting with particular focus on statutory audit and assurance service of listed companies in Hong Kong and Singapore, IPO projects and financial due diligence for clients in China and overseas. Calvin also acted as Group Financial Controller for a China-based company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and was mainly responsible for overseeing the Group's accounting and finance activities. Now, his responsibilities include advisory services work on all aspects of assurance service.

	Siu Chung Hin, William Audit Manager BA (Hons), ACCA william@leeandyu.com.hk
	Mr. Siu is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He graduated in BBA – Accounting of Hong Kong Baptist University in 2000. He has about 8 years experience in accounting, auditing and taxation. He started his careers in a major international firm in Hong Kong and accumulated experience in auditing of manufacturing companies, restaurant companies, construction companies and securities companies.

	Lam Tin Kee, Tinky Supervisor BBA (Hons) Accounting, CPA tinky@leeandyu.com.hk
	Ms. Lam is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). She graduated in BBA – Accounting of Lingnan University in 2004. She has about 4 years experience in accounting, auditing and taxation and accumulated experience in auditing of manufacturing companies, restaurant companies, construction companies and securities companies.

	Leung Kit Man, Treasa Audit Senior BBA (Hons) Finance, BCom (Hons) Accounting, CPA treasa@leeandyu.com.hk
	Treasa is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). She was studying in Australia and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Macquarie University. She has over 3 years’ experience in accounting, auditing and taxation
