Mr. Yu, joining the firm in 2003, was an Audit Manager with a major international firm in Hong Kong and has more than 18 years of experience in dealing with a wide range of Hong Kong based companies, from small local entrepreneurial organisations to large international group and manufacturing companies, as well as companies listed on the Hong Kong and Overseas Stock Exchange. He also provides support to companies from business planning and implementation to the raising of finance, and assists clients with corporate advisory matters such as public company flotation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews and corporate restructuring.

Mr. Hui Kwun Chung, Simon is the head of China Business of the firm in charge of our corporate finance and other relevant services of HK/China business.

Simon had been worked in Hong Kong securities market for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in the operation and regulation of the market.

Simon holds a BBA degree with 2nd Upper Honor from Open University of Hong Kong and obtains Master degree on both International Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Karly is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University Karly has more than 15 year’s experiences in financial accounting in several reputable MNCs. Over last few years, Ms Tang mainly involved in corporate financing of China-Based companies listed companies in Singapore and Hong Kong.
